Your restaurant has a seat limit.Your product sales don’t.
Covers and opening hours put a natural ceiling on restaurant sales. Ecommerce for restaurant owners creates a second route: shippable products customers can buy without booking a table. Packaged food and merchandise can create additional revenue for restaurants, while a managed operation keeps listings, suppliers, orders and buyer messages away from service.
You know how to run a restaurant. The issue is time. Product listings, supplier follow-up, customer questions and order problems arrive during the same hours your kitchen and front of house need you.
Service Hours Come First
Marketplaces keep working while you are on the pass.
Buyer messages have response windows, suppliers keep office hours and orders do not wait for a quiet Monday. When ecommerce sits on the owner’s to-do list, it usually gets pushed behind service. That can affect account health and the customer experience.
Food Ecommerce Has Different Rules
A product that works in the restaurant may not work in a parcel.
Shelf life, packaging, labelling and carrier handling all affect whether you can sell food products online. The right range starts with what can arrive in good condition and meet the marketplace requirements that apply to it. Getting that decision wrong means waste, complaints and refunds.
Start with what can travel
Build the range around what ships well
The first decision is practical: what can leave your restaurant and arrive in good condition? Depending on your business, that may mean packaged sauces and spice lines, shelf-stable CPG (consumer packaged goods), or branded merch. We settle the product route first, then build the store around it.
Products chosen for shipping
Shelf life, packaging and carrier handling are reviewed before a product is listed, so the range starts with what can realistically travel.
Labelling checked before launch
Ingredient, allergen and marketplace category requirements are considered during scoping. You remain responsible for confirming the information and requirements that apply to your products.
Ecommerce kept away from service
Buyer messages, supplier follow-up and order handling happen inside the marketplace windows while you keep running the restaurant.
A separate off-premise revenue stream
The store operates as its own retail channel, giving the brand room for local-to-national reach without relying on table turns, kitchen bookings or another service.
Built for the platforms your customers already use
Each marketplace has its own listing format, media rules, fees and buying habits. We adapt the store to the platform rather than copy the same setup everywhere. Product fit comes first, then the channel that makes sense for the range and the buyer.
Visibility
Run the restaurant. Still know what the store is doing.
You already judge a week by covers, food cost and what moved. Ecommerce reporting should be just as useful. We report store performance, order flow, account health, support activity and margin movement at the cadence agreed in your plan.
Performance reporting
See what changed, where sales moved, what needs attention and what the team is doing next.
Account health monitoring
We track the signals marketplaces use to evaluate sellers, including fulfilment, response times, cancellations, returns and policy issues.
A direct line to the team
Questions go to the people working on your store, so you can get context without joining a generic support queue.

Questions
Before you hand over the store
Sometimes. It depends on shelf life, packaging, food business registration and the labelling requirements that apply to you. You remain responsible for confirming those requirements. If fresh production is not practical, shelf-stable CPG products or merchandise may be a better starting point.
We check marketplace category requirements before listing. You remain responsible for the accuracy of ingredient, allergen and nutritional information for products you produce, and we do not confirm that information on your behalf.
The ecommerce operation does not. If your restaurant produces part of the range, packing and dispatch capacity has to be agreed realistically in the scope. The online store should support the restaurant, not overload the kitchen.
You do. The marketplace account, storefront, branding and customer relationships are registered in your name and stay with you. We operate the store on your behalf, and our access runs through each platform’s permission system and can be revoked by you at any time.
TikTok Shop, eBay and Etsy. Which platform suits your products and buyers is agreed during scoping. We adapt the work to each marketplace rather than copy the same setup across all three.
Costs and scope are set out on the consultation call, so you can ask questions while we are both there. Nothing is signed on the call, and no income, launch date or sales result is promised.
The next step
Build revenue beyond the last cover
Start with a product range that can ship. We build the store around it and handle the daily ecommerce work, so you can grow off-premise revenue without adding another service to the week.
No pressure. We will explain the product routes that fit the scope, what we would manage, what we need from you and whether the service suits your restaurant.
