Plans start at $499 per month for the Starter tier. Growth and Scale plans are available for larger product catalogues and businesses that need closer support. There is no setup fee or long-term contract, so your startup costs are clear before work begins.

Yes. You remain the owner of the online store, the business and the selling accounts throughout the partnership. Diverse Commerce provides store management on your behalf, but we do not take ownership of your business.

Diverse Commerce handles the agreed customer service and returns responsibilities as part of the managed service. The process can vary depending on the marketplace, supplier, fulfilment method and type of customer request.

Once we receive the required accounts, access and business information, the store setup is typically completed in about one week.

Yes. The model allows products to be listed without purchasing large quantities of inventory in advance. After a customer places an order, we coordinate the order with the supplier through the agreed fulfilment process.

Yes. Content creation is included in the managed service. We prepare brand graphics and marketing assets that help promote the store and keep its presentation consistent.

We review sales performance, remove products that are not gaining traction, expand into related product categories, improve product listings and refine the workflows behind the store. That ongoing optimisation helps the business respond to what customers are actually buying.

The management fee is billed monthly. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no long-term contract.

You will need an active seller account on a supported marketplace, a completed signup with the required fulfilment channel, and the agreed business information and account access needed to operate the store.
